Membership Requirements
To become a member of ATOPCON, firms must meet specific criteria, including
- Possessing educational documents of at least one Registered Town Planner (RTP) partner
- Holding a Certificate of Registration from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Providing evidence of purchase of the membership application form
- Photocopies of relevant certificates from TOPREC and NITP, as well as other necessary documents, are required.
Membership Application Process
To apply as a member firm, obtain a membership application form from ATOPCON secretariat, fill it correctly, and submit it along with the required supporting documents. Applications undergo thorough screening to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Membership Application Remarks
Eligibility:
Town Planning firms in Nigeria with complete documentation (CAC & firm’s TOPREC certificate) and a principal partner with over 5 years of RTP experience are eligible to apply for membership.
Cost:
The ATOPCON application form costs Twenty Thousand Naira Only and can be paid via bank draft, cheque, or cash to the Association’s account. Evidence of payment should accompany the submission of the form.
